  Product was as described. Albeit the arrival of the product is ultimately contingent upon the carrier, it was said I would receive it two (2) days prior than I actually received it. I wasn’t able to use my washer for a few extra days.. Maybe the shipper can extend the “received date” or expedite shipping to ensure the item arrives when stated.. Other than that, the item was received in excellent condition, as described.

  The item description read “new: open box”. This was not the case. It looks like it was either a refurb or taken off an old unit. It was greasy/sticky. This did not affect the performance. The item worked fine and was easy to install. The seller shipped promptly and it was packaged well and received with no damage. aside from the inaccurate description, I am happy with the purchase.
