  I guarantee all items . The buyer never contacted me I have no idea what broke, if the jump ring opened it would have just been a case of closing it. I would have refunded or provided a replacement as I make these myself. It is a very low value item but I take pride in what I do and am super disappointed that the buyer felt the need to give negative feedback without allowing me to provide a remedy and not support a small business.
