  Item shipped in damaged container, GHG knew it was damaged and gave no indication other than "open box" - item permanently creased and also stained. DO NOT TRUST this seller or their descriptions. I highly recommend avoiding unless you want an item that is damaged- they will not respond when messaged to make it right.

  Tripod is as advertised and great value, but did not include the phone holder as description said it did. Tried a few times to contact seller per the notice in the description “The package includes a mobile phone holder, if you do not receive it, please contact customer service. You will get 100% satisfied ulanzi after-sale service attitude”, but no replies.
