  Excellent, professional seller. My purchase was a gift, a note to the seller and they made special accommodations for delivery. The wine glasses are perfect, the box was perfect. Everything about this purchase was perfect!

  The band did not fit the watch. I reached out to the seller explaining the issue, insured them the band was not used or tampered with. I respectfully ask them to consider a return. Instead the case was just closed. Never had any communication with the seller.

  Please do not blame others if the band does not fit. I am certain that I sent the exact same item as listed. Most likely, you purchased a different model number and are now claiming that my item is incorrect. Please do not purchase from me again in the future. This is very troublesome.
