Here is what really happened. Buyer sent one offer for 43.00, I never sent a counter offer. I accepted and shipped the item. The day after the item was shipped the buyer claimed they didnt order it. They buyer received the item, opened it somehow cracked it and then returned iot. I still refunded their money. "Never Again" is absolutely correct.
