    The seller was quick to respond to my request for a return and was very helpful with the return process. However, the quality of this item is not what was expected. Upon receiving the package, we immediately could tell that it was not high quality. I'm upset with having to pay a shipping fee to return an item that was never opened. This item is not recommended for those living in the northeast with heavy winds.
