  Product arrived much ahead of scheduled delivery and was extremely well packaged. This product was described as used but appears like brand new. Seller was generous enough to add an additional SD memory card for compensation of not having the color of phone I originally purchased. Seller also had excellent communication answering any questions I had regarding the phone. Overall this was a very positive experience buying from this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

  Great communication with the seller and VERY fast shipping; the description stated that I would likely receive it two months after purchase, but it actually arrived just over a week later despite living in New Zealand! The item is functional, however I would not call it "approaching a brand new appearance with almost no scratches" as the keypad is quite scuffed - still functional and not a dealbreaker, but I was expecting something that appears almost new.

  Found out, prior to actual shipment, that the phones were not Android version 6.0 as advertised and told the seller to cancel the order as well as the gift they offered. They understood and we parted ways amicably.

  Great experience. Beautiful phone. Even though refurbished it arrived in perfect, "as new" condition with headphones thrown in for good measure. Reliable, honest seller. Excellent communication. A large purchase like this from OS can have many pitfalls. Not with this seller. You can trust this seller. Postage took a while but that was not sellers fault. They were efficient. The delays were with the courier in my country.

  I’m satisfied with the purchase overall. I originally ordered the grey model, but the seller informed me it wasn’t available. As compensation, they offered me the red version along with a free memory card which was a nice gesture. Communication was excellent; the seller was friendly and made sure the phone was fully working. I can confirm it’s in perfect condition. It arrived quickly, well-packed, and with all the accessories. The battery is in very good condition and is reliable for daily calls
