  Very pleased with my purchase, items exactly as described. Excellent value. Shipping time was reasonable, considering current post office delays. Packaging could have been sturdier; two sweaters in one poly bag which arrived completely split open. Fortunately no damage to contents, and likely not the fault of the seller at all. Thanks for offering these!

  The Sherpani Crossbody Bag looks brand-new, even though it isn't! Packaging for shipment was fine and the shipping time frame was okay. There was some communication thru the tracking app that there was an error on the shipment, but it did arrive within the specified period of time, so not sure where or why that came thru. Overall, very HAPPY indeed with the bag and working with the seller.

  Item was as described and well packaged. The shipping label was created within 24 hours but it wasn't actually delivered to USPS for 3 days.

  In regards to your comment of not being delivered to USPS for 3 days.... you placed the order on the 8th which was a Saturday. The local PO is only open for one hour on Saturday, they are not fully staffed on weekends, and if we can't get there during business hours, we drop it in the bin. The local PO is a bit slow with scanning labels. If dropped off on Saturday, it won't show up until Monday. Either way, 99.9% of the time we print and ship same day, or next business day.
