All as advertised, normal 2 week shipping from China. Steel wire leads on the resistors, which seems normal now.

I have not put it to work yet, but with a current limiting interface to the batteries, i expect they will do well. Seller got items out the door pronto, and two week delivery from China is pretty normal shipping time. I bought 4 of this 15v psu to recharge large NiMH batteries.
