It arrived in a waterproof plastic pot with drainage holes. The soil around the plant was covered with plastic and adhesive to mitigate evaporation. I removed it from the box immediately after arrival & watered it. I am very happy with the condition of this plant.

This plant arrived completely rotted. I tried contacting the seller two times for a replacement or refund. They never responded, and unfortunately I needed to open a case with eBay. The seller never responded to that either, so I was able to get a refund. I’m disappointed that I’ll need to stop buying from hirt’s.
