  I bought two headlight and both of them were damaged. I wrote to them about this and they didn't reply.

  The buyer messaged us on the weekend, which our business is closed. We got back to them on Monday. We gave the buyer a partial refund as they could not return the light.

  Received with poor packaging. The two outer tabs were broken due to inadequate packing. Additionally, the lens has a crack — not as described “Some scuffs/ scratches on lens”

  Buyer did not message us or open a return request to try and resolve this. It looks like the headlight was damaged in shipping. We do our best to package our items, but unfortunately we cannot control how the carrier handles them. Please message us for a resolution

  I didn't technically use the whole item, just the back plastic piece that holds the bulb in. I'm sure the foglight would fit the car it's made for. But I have no idea what a Sportage is. Anyways, great seller, not sure if it's as described or would fit a car like it's suppose too but it fit what I needed it too. Great seller! Hope to deal again!
