  The ordering process and shipping after payment worked flawless. Unfortunately ( not due to the seller) Getting the goods trough import in Greece is a nightmare. UPS charged 55 euro " brokerage fee" just for being the " import agent" another 22 euro in " handling fees" on items costing ( including shipping and VAT) 120 euro . The due amount on import taxes and VAT was 35 euro.... So I ended up greasing UPS and the greek government with the same amount of money as I paid for the items.

  Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with the high import and brokerage fees. Unfortunately, customs charges vary by country and are beyond the seller’s control. For example, in Turkey we often pay 60–100% taxes when importing. We’re glad the ordering and shipping went smoothly and truly appreciate your understanding

  Venditore davvero eccellente! La comunicazione è stata chiara e tempestiva in ogni fase. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la spedizione, ma il venditore si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e ha risolto tutto in tempi record, con grande professionalità. Il prodotto è arrivato perfettamente imballato ed è di ottima qualità, proprio come descritto. Consigliatissimo, esperienza di acquisto più che positiva!
