  Received as advertised and packaged great. Seller answered my questions and sent the package promptly on June 2 and received it June 6. I will buy from this dealer again because he does what he says and has great deals.

  Laptop is just as described. Was a good value for my needs. Especially like having a lifetime office suite and not having to renew every year. Seller shipped fast and answered my question within a 24hour time frame. I would recommend this seller for future computer purchases.

  The computer arrived as described. My only concern is the way it was packaged for shipment. There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .

  Original order was lost in transit. The seller acted immediately and sent a replacement. Delivery was therefore delayed a week but the product was exactly as ordered / expected and seller was responsive. I’d buy from them again

  I must say this is the best place to purchase a laptop! They have a great variety and configurations to meet anyone needs. I'm very impressed with the communication I had and how quickly you responded to my questions and when I purchased my new HP Laptop you were able to get it ready and shipped it out the same day as I purchased it which is truly amazing!
