  The dipstick was not the correct length for my Peugeot 208 despite the ad specifically stating it was. I contacted the Seller who refused over and over to provide the required postage paid return and said I would have to pay the return postage myself or I could keep the item and would get 20% refund. I refused to do either and asked EBay to step in. EBay immediately gave me a refund and said I did not need to return the item. EBay also advised me that they will deal with the Seller.

  Item was advertised as oak barrel for aging beverages, but it’s lined with a plastic bag—no oak contact at all. Seller refused to cover return postage and only offered a partial refund. eBay had to intervene and provide a return label at their expense. Would not buy from this seller again.
