Seller promptly responded in six minutes and assured me package had been picked up by USPS the day earlier. 1 lbs. 9 oz. box from Virginia arrived in California in less than a week after order was placed. I also want to thank the seller for free shipping.

I’m sure this happens to all companies, and I commend the way they handled it. They certainly intended to fulfill the transaction professionally, and refunded my money quickly.
