  Bought this as a gift for my wife on March 8th, trusting the description that all brackets were intact. Paid more than other listings to get a good one, but received it with a broken bracket. Now I can’t return it since it’s coded to the car, and the seller refuses any compromise. Misleading listing, very disappointing! After 8 years on eBay, this is the first negative feedback I’ve ever left.
