    Fast shipping and came as described. On a different note, my mailman misplaced package in another resident’s mailbox. I initially thought it may have been lost so I reached out to seller for copy of label and insurance info in case I needed to file a claim. Seller never responded. It wouldn’t have been their fault if package was lost but for a $300 order, they could’ve been a bit nicer and more helpful. Luckily it turned up, but for this reason, I would not purchase from seller again.

    The item arrived swiftly and had all the original packaging, markings, and stamps. The outer box was in good condition and the inside package was pristine. The doll inside was in perfect condition, included proof of authenticity, and the large tote bag! It looked immaculate from top to bottom. The seller was fast to respond, had very fair prices, and shipped out the next day! The quality of the Zimomo is very nice and is everything I wanted. Very happy, would definitely recommend!
