  I ordered two individual orders from this seller. I paid $7.85 shipping for each order totaling $15.70. The seller mailed two orders in in one envelope. When it arrived, there was $8.40 remaining. Then I asked for a refund. Seller refunded only $6.17. Was not to happy when it was necklaces and hardly any weight.

  Shipping is included in item value, regardless. $100 with free shipping is the same as $50 with $50 shipping. You are owed nothing for "overpaying" on shipping. As a courtesy, I only charge $2 additional in shipping, so I refunded the remaining. Shipping was 7.85. I refunded 6.17 (which should have only been 5.85). You're welcome. My COURTESY discount is mentioned in my item details, but nobody owes you anything. I do it as a courtesy... one that MOST people appreciate.

Seller on her own, shipped two orders in one envelope but did not do combined shipping u til I had to ask for it.

  You bought items knowing the shipping cost. You don't get a refund, no matter how much you overpay. Shipping prices are part of an items value. I only charge an additional $2 per item, refunding the rest to the buyer, as a COURTESY. I owe you nothing. I only do it as a "thank you" for people that buy more than one item, so they get an additional $5 or so off. As for combining... that is exactly what I did, which is why you received the item in one package.
