I asked if I could just change the card and my request was accepted. They understood me and refunded me 90 percent of the video card price after they tested the card. I recommend it with confidence.

They checked the laptop again before sending and notice one problem with a key on a laptop keyboard. Communicated it and replaced whole keyboard for free. Laptop was as new when I got it. Packaging was spotless. Would buy again.
