After the replacement, he requested a return. I always expressed my willingness to accept his return and would cover the cost of the return, but he refused to cooperate. After the refund on eBay, he refused to return the product, which was a very bad behavior. Now they are still slandering our store and giving our store bad reviews. This is simply unreasonable.
