  This 500 foot spool of #12 THHN arrived very quickly and in the factory sealed packaging. I made a mistake when I ordered. I contacted this seller through Ebay, they made the correction and still got delivered before the scheduled date. The seller saved me a lot of money by reading their messages before shipping out the wrong, my fault, item. I was absolutely thrilled when it arrived and it was right!   As advertised and received fast. Packagine was only SO So for a heavy motor in a ox with only paper-type packing. It was against the side of the box. I have no way to really check it at this time being as it's a spare motor. It can be a while before I have the need to use it. It looks OK. The price was right for a open box motor.

  There was a problem with shipping completely outside this sellers control. They not only answered messages right away but offered a refund. I kept the item anyways as it still met my need and was a good deal. Shipped quickly and packed adequately but the shipper may have handled it roughly as it is a heavy awkward item. This seller is top notch not only for quality of item but their professionalism and customer service.

  Items exactly as described and pictured. Well-packaged. A great value, worth the wait of buying online and being delivered. Fair disclosure: I've worked for two of the major Big Box hardware stores and, my job in each case being sales, I was strongly discouraged from "wasting" time by assisting customers, to the point I quit. Both outfits charge nearly double what I paid for these items. Disgusted employees become former, never-again customers. So -- yes, I'm very happy with this purchase.

  Everything came quickly and well packaged, priced well, and progress was well informed, there were a few missing parts. Since the package seemed well sealed, I emailed the manufacturer to replace them. I trust it was their error and will do so.
