  The item was new in box however the box had some wear and light damage. To a collector the box is just as valuable as the figure itself. I emailed the seller and they responded quickly and resolved the issue. I would definitely purchase from this seller in the future.

  The sellers are very communicative and answered all my questions before buying. The item was shipped in plenty of protective packaging and the sellers wrote a nice note as well. I will definitely be looking to them for my second hand figure wants.

  Everything was as pictured and described. The package was bubble wrapped in a plastic mailer, not a box, so the product box was slightly crushed but it was still acceptable. Thankfully it was not damaged but it very easily could have been and I would have preferred to see it packaged more safely in a sturdy box.

  Shipping was extremely fast from Japan to Canada, Wow!. The packaging was waterproof and tightly wrapped, very impressive. The item was exactly as shown and described, slightly smaller than expected but the attention to detail on the figure is show accurate.
