  I was so disappointed not to get the item I ordered and paid for. I sent numerous messages to the seller and they never responded, Ebay was very helpful in getting me a refund but I really wanted the shoe for a trip I am taking. I don't think they even shipped the item. It showed paid but no tracking. I feel this was a fraud. If this had been a legit seller they would have tried to contact me.

  Was so excited to have ordered these boots & looking forward to getting them. However, when they arrived, the disappointment & unprofessionalism in how they were shipped & condition was beyond disappointing & ruined the entire experience! See pictures as to the condition of boots & packaging. You would think a store portraying themselves to be professionals that the packaging and the product would follow suit. That was definitely not the case!!! All I can say is Buyer beware! Not recommended!!

  The item did not arrive on the day the seller advised. I contacted the seller mutliple times for a tracking #. She still has not gotten back to me. The package is 4 days late and the seller still has not responded to my emails.

  This seller was totally unresponsive. The item, a jacket, was listed on EBAY as size 46. I sent 2 messages to the seller asking whether the jacket was a 46 regular and stating that I did not want the jacket if it was a 46 long. I never received a reply to the 2 messages. I telephoned the store in Texas and was assured that the seller would call me back. The seller never did. I ordered the jacket, and when it arrived, it was a size 46 long.
