  the printer ink cartridges do not work and are NOT compatible for epsen printers and the seller wants me to disable a firmware program. I will not disable anything on my printer. you will send me a free return label NOW and refund my money! the seller has no compassion about the lack of quality about his useless products and would not recommend the seller to anyone for anything.
