  It would have been appreciated if you would have reached out to us and checked the tracking number before assuming we didn't mail it out to you. The track number has all the information, including the delivery being attempted but not successful because of an unsafe place to deliver your package. I will be disputing this since no attempt was made to contact us for any questions or concerns. Our customers come first in any matter. I would advise to reach out to your post office for your package.
