  Avoid this seller!!! Seller never shipped the item. Order was placed two weeks earlier, seller immediately provided a tracking number, but carrier never received the item from the seller. Seller's listing stated that he would ship the item within 2-3 business days, but that never happened. Seller never responds to a request.

  Item shipped promptly. The item that arrived was not the item in the image. The plugs were different, and this one was very dirty. Took a bit of elbow grease to clean the gunk off the knobs. Once installed it did work as intended, though the knobs are pretty wobbly and feel ready to come loose from the assembly.
