  Quality item and arrived as described and very well packed. Easy to fit and looks very robust. Instructions downloaded on line which included torque settings for all the bolts. Although it is an expensive option I am very happy with the appearance on the bike. However, slow dispatch and delivery, although this was indicated on the listing that there might be a delay. There was no direct communication from the seller.

  Was told by Yamaha these were out of stock till October, found GT motorcycles had a pair advertised so emailed before to check availability and got a quick reply to say yes, they were delivered today by Royal Mail on a 24hr service, great communication, unbelievably quick delivery of a genuine product, and service second to none, highly recommend this seller.   Genuine Ducati belts so no problem with quality, and from a reputable dealer in GT Motorcycles so everything was as described. Well priced for genuine ducati belts. Good communication so I knew when to expect delivery, which was two days after ordering.

  As described. fast dispatch and above all, some thought has gone in the packaging for this type of item, as opposed to other sellers who who just shove it in a black bag and stick an address label on it ! Greatly appreciated, and thank you. Superlative.

  Had to replace a scratched pannier cover after a near miss (don’t ask). This came exactly as listed, perfect fit, quick dispatch and excellent tracking. Packaging was solid too, and seller communication was on point throughout. They even sourced a third item not listed - will 100% use again for genuine Ducati parts.

  After a week of trying to contact them to get this changed. They managed to contact me and arranged for a new delivery of the product I originally ordered. Unfortunately I was unable to send back the wrong product they had sent as I thought I was going to have to keep it so gave it to a family member to use. After all this they were happy for me to receive the original product via a fast delivery service. Thanks for sorting.
