  Excellent seller, my first ever laptop and they gave me excellent service, the laptop arrived in perfect condition other than a few scratches and scuffs which was perfectly described by the seller, They even offer 6 months warranty which is awesome, the laptop came bubble wrapped 4 times and came within a day, i found the bios was locked and mentioned it to them, they immediately offered me a full refund or £10 for the locked bios, absolutely recommend them for anyone buying a laptop

However, ChatGPT taked me back from the brink of disaster and I decided never to update a PC again when I am on holiday. However, well packaged, quickly delivered and good value. Recommended eBayer.
