  Not in the UK at the moment. My son took delivery. He says all is fine. Won't see it until nearer christmas so fingers crossed. Not impressed with unhelpful seller. They had two similar lenses for sale, one labeled as a 2188 and one labeled as a a 9452, I asked what the difference was and the reply was 'believe it or not the more expensive one is in better condition'.

  I bought a Manfrotto Air 55 wheeled camera case advertised as brand new but had been a display model in the showroom, hense without original packing. This wasn't a problem for me and I purchased the product at a good discount to reflect the lack of Manfrotto packaging. The case arrived promptly, well packed and in first class condition and I am highly delighted with my purchase. Great company to deal with. Ian Barnes
