  Purchased the RFU-87UC adapter as the new one. However is not functioning (I tried it on two different TV,s with two different signal sources) and the packaging is not new it was opened, you can see the crack.

  Buyer said item did not work and wanted a refund or threatened a bad review. Package was new and unopened when shipped. It was packed securely in box. I offer 30 days full refund. I told him I would refund FULL amount but buyer refused to return the item. He never opened a return claim. He just wanted money. If the item was not functioning, why wouldn't he return it? The feedback on this buyer's account shows he has done this to others before. He is not an asset to E-Bay!
