  Outstanding job of packing, thanks for such attention to detail, it's greatly appreciated. It's actually better than described which is the way I like it to be and also gives it additional value. Shipping is beyond the control of the seller but I was overly anxious to hold this clock and it was worth the wait. An absolutely beautiful clock, it's my new favorite and I have no reservations whatsoever in both praising and recommending the seller to anyone.

  I bought this apparently by mistake. I thought when I ordered this that it was a set of 4 and for the price you would have thought that it was a set. When it arrived it was one cup and the set that I needed. The buyer compromised as they preferred not to deal with return shipping and refunded me some of my money. In the end a true loss for me as I had to place another order for an entire set for almost what I paid for the one cup. Oh well lesson learned don't buy late and night.
