  Rec'd item in reasonable timeframe & adequately packaged. On inspecting the contents, I found a few items missing that were required to fully check its serviceability. I contacted the seller and asked to have the missing parts posted to me. The seller utterly refused the request (multiple times) said I should return the item for his inspection, leaving me without the purchased item. I have since purchased missing items from Bunnings. Receipts and pics available. Do not buy from this seller!

  Parts were in original packaging as shown in the photographs and delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Genuine Gainsborough quality parts that are now difficult to source. Seller super helpful.

  The item was supposed to arrive by 4/4/25 but was a little late. Parcel was delivered to me by my neighbour across the street as the Aramex delivery note had printed the wrong address though the invoice had the correct address. Item was well packaged. Easy to assemble and works well. Simple to use. Noted that item is sent from Eastern States and not from WA as advertised. Delivery time usually takes 10 days so item arrived within the stipulated time.

  Hoses arrived promptly, and in good condition. Seller ws good with advice on mailing. Hope it lasts the 12 years as advertised.
