  Arrived far earlier than expected. Packaging was awesome and thorough, the laptop was not moving around in the box at ALL. Despite being described as C3 "fair", it seems to be almost perfectly pristine save for some sticker residue and a scuff here or there. Would buy from here again in a heartbeat :] she is very beautiful very powerful

  The HP Desktop was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the case took significant damage en route. I hammered it back into place. The seller offered me a full refund, which I greatly appreciated. However, the computer still works and the software was set up well so I was able to get windows 11 home running right out of the box. Everything about my interaction with this seller tells me they are good communicators, care about their customers, and they know their tech well. Highly recommended.
