  The book was in as good a condition as described, or even better. This book looks great, and the printing is high quality. The shipping was exceptionally fast from Japan, to the eastern US; and, the packaging was secure. Given that the book is not available in my home country, this transaction was a good value. Thanks for the book; I've been wanting a copy for a while!

  Really great condition. A little bit pricey for what it is and I would have liked a little more protection for the delivery. I’ve bought Magazines from other sellers and they all have put a sheet of cardboard on both sides of the magazine. This one came it a pretty thin shipping envelope with some plastic over the magazine itself. But as I said it came in great condition, luckily no damage was done. A+ Seller

  Hello, the envelope itself is made of thin cardboard. Shipping costs are determined by weight. Adding cardboard to the envelope increases shipping costs, which would be borne by the buyer. We have never received a single claim for damage during shipping with this packaging. We appreciate your understanding.

  We received our piano book without too much delay, considering it had to go through our Canadian customs. The seller was so thoughtful that they used a different courier (DHL) during our postal strike to ensure a timely delivery that we were able to have a peace of mind without worrying whereabouts of our book. Our item was also so well wrapped and protected that it came to our door intact without any damages. Thumbs up to the seller!

  I was surprised by how quickly the package was delivered. I placed the order and a day or two later it was on my porch. The quality of the books is great and they're in very good condition for the price I paid. Packaging was good too so I'm very pleased with my purchase.
