  My feedback could not be more positive. I purchased some fragile items from this seller and they came packed in a box individually wrapped surrounded by misc. packing material. The items were exactly as described and I’m very happy. Lastly, I experienced something with this seller that has never happened before. I received a follow-up email ensuring the package arrived safely and a partial refund because the “shipping was less than anticipated!” Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! A+++++

  The shaft that arrived first was damaged/cracked in transit. I contacted the seller immediately, provided a couple of pictures and they promptly shipped out a new shaft. Excellent customer service!
