  Fast shipping, great communication, packing was excellent in anti static sealed bags wrapped in bubble wrap! Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

  I had a great experience with this seller. I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.

  I am very happy with my purchase even though the wrong item was sent to me by mistake. Communication with the seller was awesome. They were highly responsive to inquiries & questions, especially since I don't know much about electronics. The item was packed well, turn around time for shipping was quick. This really was a good deal for the price & I would gladly do business with Go Hard Drive Wholesale & Retail again in the future. Also to note, you can't beat the 2 year in house warranty.

  The product was delivered quickly and packaged with great care. I ordered 4 hard drives, and each one was securely wrapped and arrived in excellent condition, looking practically new. Unfortunately, one drive had bad sectors, but the seller’s response was fast and professional. Had a replacement drive in no time. I’m very impressed with the quality, appearance, and value of these drives. The seller truly cares. I’ll definitely buy from them again!

  Great customer service, high quality packaging, and fast delivery. Hard drives appear to be in good physical condition and software/SMART data looks good! My item did not show up when first sent, so I contacted the seller and they swiftly got back to me and gave me options for support. Super polite and understanding support, really happy that we're able to help me!! Would buy drives from them again.

And customer support is unparalleled as they answered all my questions and did not give me a hard time about me being new to buying refurb drives.
