  This thing is cool, came in good condition, but for the price it’s not good. If the power cord (usb) breaks then the whole thing breaks. There’s no way to just replace the cable, you have to buy a whole new one. I asked the seller to help out, and they said I would have to replace the whole thing with no offer to help with a little discount to buy a new one.

  When you contacted me, your message was simply asking what to do with a broken cable (which you damaged). I replied that it would need to be replaced. At no point did I say you had to replace the entire lightbox. You then started to complain about the price, the product, and demanding a discount. I always respond respectfully and expect the same courtesy in return. Please note that whenever there is an issue with any of our lightboxes, we are always willing to help and provide replacement parts
