  Items were described at “excellent condition”. However, both items are damaged. One has severe dishwasher etching damage and the other has a large portion of design that’s gone - from dishwasher? These were going to be a gift and now they’re trash. Seller wants me to pay return shipping! What? Why should I lose money on something that’s clearly not as described and damaged. Seller does not respond to requests for return shipping.
