    We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. There was a disagreement regarding the authenticity of the sneakers, and in accordance with eBay’s policies, we immediately issued you a fully paid return shipping label so the shoes could be returned for inspection and a full refund. Unfortunately, you chose not to return the sneakers and instead requested a refund without sending them back. This goes against ebay policy.
