Their communication was excellent, the parcel was sent extremely promptly, and it was very well packed so as to arrive in perfect condition.     Good looking, great quality card and just perfect for one of my friends - they agreed and initially thought that I'd got it made specially!     A really beautiful item. Good value. Sadly, despite bubble wrap and crumpled paper packing, arrived with beak broken off during transit. Seller responded promptly and refunded in full. Unfortunately said they were unable to replace as no stock left. Seller has been very decent and trustworthy. I would buy from them again.
