My focus on customer service spans across smaller details (secure packaging, quick delivery, immediate communication) to larger concerns (hassle-free returns, precise product descriptions). Despite the many changes to eBay throughout the years, I've never forgotten the original spirit of eBay: the person-to-person connection. I consider eBay both a marketplace and a community, so even as eBay's policies continue to shift toward resembling giant faceless companies (e.g. Amazon, Walmart), I aim to preserve all that is good about eBay by maintaining that personal touch that is so lacking in our current Digital Age and hypermarket e-commerce.★

    Great seller. Seeater as expected. E bay shipping as usual pretty useless. The tracking was hopeless with DHL e commerce telling me it was handed over to Australia Post and waiting for me to collect ( which is my shipping address and where I work ). Took me 4 days to establish DHL handed it over to this terrible courier Aramex who failed to deliver it to my shipping address and failed to notify me where it was.
