  This may be the first time I used eBay in maybe 15 years! Lights got caught up in the mail and showed up 4 days late. Not the sellers fault, but I reached out to see what we could do since I wanted them for the holiday. Seller was prompt with an offer to refund or replace them. I was about to accept, but got pulled away. They arrived the next day! They work, and they look great! Really happy! Thanks so much!

  Nice yarn but it took took forever for them to ship, the morning I sent message cancel my order because they were not shipping BAM it was shipped out about 2 -3 hours it was in the mail!!!! They said I would get a refund because it took them so long and they refunded $3.53, out of $35.

  There was confusion on my part about shipping origin, but the seller quickly responded and reassured me the item was shipping from within the States. Hairs got here quickly after our usual hassle with FEDEX poor delivery ethic. Chairs are comfortable and a bargain price. Ve4y happy.
