    Item arrived in perfect condition and well wrapped. However was disappointed that I was unable to track my order and as a result was not in when it was delivered. I had a message saying it would be delayed but no time or date was given. Fortunately the package was here when I returned. All ended well in the end - product was as described and I’m very pleased with it.

    Good value for money, seller despatched the item promptly but the RM did not provide a reliable service, parcel was delayed a lot. Good contact with the seller after I’ve reported delay and they contacted RM. Luckily the jacket arrived the day before I needed it. Thanks for everything.

    Tracking was confusing, as delivery was stated using Royal Mail. However, Evri delivered the item. Otherwise, brilliant service, price and product. 2 days from order to delivery. Very impressive Ebay seller.
