  The item was as described and in new condition; however, it could not be set up as they were locked by a previously owned ISP. I contacted Eero, and they confirmed that these devices, after purchase by an ISP, can have their serial number locked for their use only. Neither the seller nor I had ever experienced or heard of this before. The sale and purchase were made in good faith by both parties, and the seller provided a full refund, which I appreciate. The customer service was outstanding.

  One of the things that bothers me the most is when an EBay seller is not responsive. Right from the get-go, Get Mo Goods answered my questions promptly. Although my purchase didn’t work out for me and I ended up returning it, I would buy from them again. Keep it up, Get Mo Goods!
