The gemstone exactly matched the photo in the ad, which should always be because every gemstone is unique unless flawless, which most people (including myself) cannot afford anyway. Item was held up in shipping in Thailand(!) after shipping from India, but is ok, I don't blame them for cking (with dogs and such) because small packets probably resemble a drug shipment of some kind. Thank you for sending exact stone you advertised, unlike some sellers sometimes.

  The stones are beautiful. eBay tried to add a $6 delivery fee but I asked the seller to remove it and they did. It took a few attempts but the seller did not stop trying until they fixed it. Excellent communication in English by the seller. Excellent customer service.

  The stone got cracks and not IF as listed by seller. Seller is not sincere and waste my time to communicate. Stone is SL quality. Will never buy again from this ebay store. I feel cheated. Totally disappointed.
