    ex-library CD should not be labelled as “like new”. This is the first time I purchased a ex-library Cd. Since the cd’s condition was rated as “ like new”, I thought everything should be nearly perfect. After I received the cd, I found there are security stickers on the cd and a lack of original booklets.

    "Ex-Library" items are a way to keep an item "circulation" use and a way to offer a lower price due to the fact that they may not look so pretty (and that's not true all the time) but the important thing is they function the way they were intended to. It's listed as "Like New" because the DVD, CD, VHS, Cassette or Book will deliver on it's intended purpose. If your buying to Re-Sell or Collection Show Piece, "Ex-Library may not be for you.
