  This ebayer is amazing, i bought this item, and royal mail had erased the post address and was over due , one day and it was all sorted got my item in 2 days, arrived in perfect condition and appearance was exactly as described, definitely value for money, communication was second to none thankyou for sorting everything out for me, highly recommended

  Ordered a re-conditioned vacuum cleaner, and received, by mistake, I believe, an unrestored one. (Hence the 2 stars for item description, not because I believe it was deliberately deceptive.) Seller was very quick to respond, very apologetic, and couldn't have been more supportive over several emails, offering a discount if I felt I could fix it up myself, or a full refund. Nervous about modern electronics, I accepted the refund. Good guy to deal with, I've saved his site for the future.

  It is not often that you get a seller that goes the extra mile. I was contacted just before they packed the baker to make sure I saw the dent in front. The package arrived promptly and was well packaged. Once unwrapped I baked a bread kit which came out really well. What more can I say, great seller, great bread and this is what fridge magnets are made for. Bargain.
