  The item came in quality protective packaging that assuaged concerns about damage during shipment. There was an initial issue with the earbuds not turning on after charging the case, but the seller was responsive in helping to resolve this issue (for future reference, apparently the li-ion batteries in the earbuds can discharge completely and require a significant/concerted amount of time charging initially). Again, the seller was responsive, and with this initial hurdle cleared I am pleased.

  Game came exactly as described, in the shrink wrap. The disc was flopping around inside the case, but this is usually expected when these things come in the mail. Thank you@

  Positive experience…Item Description was odd to me with pictures of other colors and almost bypassed it in my Search, had to contact seller because it took 3 days after purchase to begin Shipping (they did respond) with Quality TBD, Condition appears New as described and or TBD due to one of the 3 sticker seals appears altered (middle one is partially torn/sliced) the ones on the side appear intact, Value was good a few dollars less than other Sellers, Appearance is as described
