  Seller was easy to deal with. The shaver got a little damaged during shipping but seller gave me a partial refund to compensate. Accidents happen but seller was fast to rectify it. In the end, I'm satisfied. Will buy again.

  I received the item and open the package and notice that the item was used and had a damaged blade. I contacted the seller notifying him/her about the condition and the damaged item. Seller seems to be unwilling to have the item returned and instructed me to take out a case with google. Item was listed as open box, new, not used. Item was used and damage. See picture. I will contact eBay. Seller is not fair.

  As you can clearly see in the screenshots the customer attached, he accused me of knowingly sending him a broken item. He said the broken off piece wasn't in the box so he knew that I sent it to him already broken. I told him to try and get a refund from eBay. Then when he opened the return request, MAGICALLY the piece that was broken off shows up. As I previously stated, I can believe the item was damaged in shipping but I wouldn't cheat anyone.
