  The boards were sold in a non-functional condition (it required repair), however, the offered amount did not correspond to the condition of the boards. The seller charges double shipping for an item that is to be sold in pairs, e.g. speakers, transducers, you put a pair in the cart (each) and shipping was charged twice + other unknown fees that resulted from the seller's settings. Buyer is complaining about 'other unknown fees' this is custom taxes his government charged him which are not allowed to be mentioned in negative feedbacks thats why you never see it on ebay.
